The story behind Flamingo Flow Fitness — and why I believe movement can change your life.
My Journey
My relationship with movement started long before I ever set foot in a pilates studio. Like so many of us, I spent years searching for a fitness routine that didn't feel like punishment — one that honored my body instead of fighting against it.
When I discovered pilates, something clicked. The precision, the breath work, the way every movement has intention behind it — it felt like coming home. And when I later tried aerial yoga for the first time, suspended in a silk hammock with nothing but trust and gravity, I knew I had found something truly special.
That feeling of discovery, of surprise at what your body can do — that's what I want to share with every person who walks through my door. Whether you're working through a reformer session or floating in an aerial flow, my goal is the same: to help you feel strong, capable, and completely at ease in your own skin.
My Teaching Philosophy
I believe fitness should feel like a gift, not a grind. My classes are built on three principles:
Intention
Every movement has a purpose. We don't just go through the motions — we move with awareness, precision, and care.
Inclusivity
Every body is welcome here. I offer modifications and progressions so you can meet yourself exactly where you are today.
Joy
Movement should make you smile. Whether it's the thrill of your first aerial inversion or the quiet satisfaction of a perfect pilates roll-up.
