What happens in a private session?
Every private session is built around your goals — whether that's nailing pilates fundamentals, getting comfortable with aerial inversions, or building a yoga practice that fits your body. Expect personalized programming, hands-on form correction, and guidance between sessions if you want it.
Can private sessions be done virtually?
Yes. Virtual sessions happen live over Zoom and work great for travel weeks or home practice tune-ups. You just need a bit of floor space and whatever equipment you have — we adapt the session to what's available.
Where are in-studio private sessions held?
In-studio sessions happen in Orlando, FL at either Lake Nona Performance Club or Elevate Yoga Center, depending on what we're working on. Reformer sessions at Lake Nona, aerial sessions at Elevate, and either location for mat or yoga work.
How do I pick between pilates, aerial, and yoga?
Pick whichever discipline you want to focus on — we can also mix and match across sessions. If you're not sure, send me a note with a bit about your goals and I'll recommend a starting point. No prior experience required for any of them.
