Classes

From grounding mat work to exhilarating aerial flows, explore every modality I teach and find the class that speaks to you.

Strength from the ground up

Mat Pilates

Mat pilates is where it all begins. Using your own bodyweight and small props, you'll build deep core strength, improve your posture, and increase overall flexibility. My mat classes focus on the classical pilates principles — concentration, control, centering, flow, precision, and breath — adapted for modern bodies and real lives.

What to Expect

  • A full-body workout emphasizing core engagement
  • Careful attention to alignment and form
  • Modifications offered for every level
  • Props like resistance bands, balls, and rings

Best for: Anyone looking for a low-impact, high-precision workout. Great for beginners and experienced movers alike.

What to bring: A yoga mat (or use one of ours), comfortable clothing, and water.

Pilates, elevated

Aerial Pilates

Aerial pilates combines the core-strengthening principles of traditional pilates with the support and freedom of a silk hammock. The hammock allows you to decompress the spine, achieve deeper stretches, and challenge your stability in entirely new ways. It's pilates with a playful twist.

What to Expect

  • Hammock-assisted exercises for core, arms, and legs
  • Spinal decompression and gentle inversions
  • A blend of strength work and stretching
  • Small class sizes for personalized instruction

Best for: Those who enjoy pilates and want to add a new dimension to their practice. Also excellent for people with back tension.

What to bring: Form-fitting clothing (no zippers or buckles), water, and an open mind.

Resistance meets precision

Reformer Pilates

The reformer is one of the most versatile pieces of pilates equipment ever created. Using a system of springs, straps, and a sliding carriage, you'll work your muscles through their full range of motion with variable resistance. The result? A challenging, full-body workout that feels different every time.

What to Expect

  • Spring-based resistance training on the reformer machine
  • Exercises targeting every major muscle group
  • Focus on eccentric (lengthening) muscle work
  • Creative sequences that keep your body guessing

Best for: Anyone seeking a more equipment-driven pilates experience. Particularly great for building long, lean muscle and improving athletic performance.

What to bring: Grip socks (required for hygiene), comfortable workout clothes, and water.

Find freedom in flight

Aerial Yoga

Aerial yoga is where yoga meets the art of the silk hammock. You'll flow through traditional yoga poses — both on the ground and fully suspended — discovering new possibilities in your body. Inversions become accessible, hip openers go deeper, and savasana in a cocoon is an experience you have to feel to believe.

What to Expect

  • A flowing sequence blending floor and aerial poses
  • Safe, supported inversions (no headstands required)
  • Deep hip and shoulder opening
  • A magical hammock savasana to close each class

Best for: Yoga practitioners looking for something new, anyone curious about inversions, and people who want a unique mind-body experience.

What to bring: Form-fitting clothing that covers the backs of your knees and underarms (for comfort in the hammock), water.

Breathe. Move. Be.

Yoga

My yoga classes are rooted in vinyasa flow — linking breath to movement in a continuous, meditative rhythm. Each class is thoughtfully sequenced to build heat, open the body, and bring you back to center. Whether you're looking for an energizing morning flow or a restorative evening practice, there's a place for you here.

What to Expect

  • Breath-centered vinyasa flow sequences
  • A balance of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness
  • Modifications for all levels
  • Guided relaxation and breathwork

Best for: Everyone. Truly. Whether you've never touched a yoga mat or you've been practicing for decades.

What to bring: A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle.

Common Questions

Everything first-timers usually want to know before dropping into a class.

Do I need any experience to try a class?

No — my classes welcome absolute beginners. I offer modifications for every level, from first-timers to experienced movers, so you can meet yourself exactly where you are today. Just show up with an open mind and I'll guide you through everything.

How do I know which class is right for me?

Start with whichever one calls to you. Mat pilates is the most accessible for newcomers. Aerial classes (both pilates and yoga) are great if you're curious about inversions and silk hammock work. Reformer pilates is ideal if you want equipment-based resistance training. If you're still not sure, reach out and I'll help you pick based on your goals.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable workout clothes. For aerial classes, bring form-fitting tops and leggings that cover the backs of your knees and underarms — nothing with zippers or buckles that could snag the silk hammock. Bring water, and for mat pilates or yoga, a mat if you have one. All equipment is provided at both Lake Nona Performance Club and Elevate Yoga Center.

How do I book a class?

Browse the live schedule on my Schedule page and book directly through the gym's booking system. Drop-ins are welcome and first-timers get a warm welcome — no long-term commitment required.

Where are classes held?

I teach at two studios in Orlando, FL: Lake Nona Performance Club, a full-service wellness club with mind-body studios and reformer equipment; and Elevate Yoga Center, a dedicated aerial yoga studio. The schedule page shows which classes run where each week.
